2007 - 2009年原上海市南汇区副溶血性弧菌的检出情况分析

Detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Nanhui district, Shanghai,2007 - 2009

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2007 - 2009年原上海市南汇区食物中毒样品、食品样品和腹泻患者肛拭样品中副溶血性弧菌的检出情况。 方法 根据WS 271 - 2007中的方法对区内6家医院就诊腹泻患者肛拭及食物中毒患者肛拭采用直接增菌法,食品监测样品经匀质后按1 ∶ 10增菌,增菌后分别进行分离培养和生化鉴定,并对副溶血性弧菌在不同样品中的检查情况、季节分布、地域分布进行分析。 结果 3年间共检测样品9897件,检出副溶血性弧菌328株,检出率为3.31%。7-10月是副溶血性弧菌检出的高峰月份。副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒占食物中毒发生总数的25.93%。由副溶血性弧菌引起的腹泻病例年龄在6-90岁之间,男女性别比1 ∶ 1,患者大部分处于靠近东海的东部地区。64.28%的副溶血性弧菌为水产品食品样品中检出,且样品均在东部地区的摊位上采集。 结论 副溶血性弧菌是原南汇地区最主要的致病性病原菌,存在季节性差异,人群分布差异,样品分布差异和地域分布差异。加强副溶血性弧菌的监测和注意饮食卫生是降低发病率的关键。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the detection results of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) for the samples collected from food poisoning events, food samples and diarrhea patients rectal swabs in former Nanhui district in Shanghai from 2007 to 2009. Methods The detection of VP was according to WS 271 - 2007 methods. Patients rectal swabs were enriched directly and food samples were enriched after diluting. After enriching, the samples were cultured and detected by biochemical reactions. The difference on the detection among different samples and the seasonal and geographical distributions of VP were analyzed. Results Totally 328 VP strains were detected from all 9897 samples during this period. The detection rate was 3.31%. Most VP strains were detected during July-October. The age of diarrhea patients caused by VP ranged from 6-90 years old, most cases came from the area near the east sea, and the male to female ratio of the cases was 1 ∶ 1. Most VP strains (64.28%) were detected from water products samples collected from the market in east area. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the major pathogen to cause diarrhea in Nanhui. The detection of VP varied in different sample, season, population, geographical area. Enhancing the monitoring of VP and dietetic hygiene were the key measures to reduce the morbidity of VP caused disease.
