2004-2009年浙江省温州市风疹流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province,2004 - 2009

  • 摘要: 目的 为了掌握浙江省温州市风疹的流行特征及流行趋势,为采取防治措施提供科学依据。 方法 采用描述性流行病学方法,对2004 - 2009年国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统和突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统的风疹疫情资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 2004 - 2009年共报告风疹病例12 401例,年均发病率为27.37/10万。发病有明显季节性,春末夏初为发病高峰。15~19岁年龄组人群发病最多。风疹暴发往往发生在学生群体,尤以农村地区的中小学生为多。 结论 温州市风疹疫情形势仍较严峻,应切实贯彻风疹免疫策略,提高风疹疫苗接种率,降低发病率。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trend of rubella in Wenzhou, provide scientific evidence for rubella prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of rubella cases in Wenzhou from 2004 to 2009, which were obtained from national disease reporting information system and public emergency reporting system. Results A total of 12 401 rubella cases were reported during this period with the average annual incidence of 27.37/lakh. The disease occurred with obvious seasonality and the peaks were in late spring and early summer. The highest incidence was reported in adolescents aged 15-19 years. Students, especially the students in rural area, was the population mostly affected. Conclusion The rubella epidemic in Wenzhou is serious, it is necessary to carry out rubella immunization practically in order to increase the rubella vaccination coverage and reduce the incidence of rubella.
