143份鸽粪中酵母菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of yeast from 143 samples of pigeon droppings

  • 摘要: 目的 了解鸽粪中酵母样真菌的菌种分布及新型隐球菌的携带率。 方法 采用沙保培养基、科玛嘉真菌鉴定显色培养基、多巴培养基、尿素培养基、API 20C AUX酵母样真菌鉴定试剂条以及ITS序列测序比对分析,对143份鸽粪中的酵母菌菌株进行分离鉴定。 结果 143份标本中共分离到酵母菌123份,其中隐球酵母属46株,占酵母菌的37.40%,新生隐球菌为6株,占酵母菌的4.87%;红酵母属33株,占酵母菌的26.83%;绒黑粉类酵母属32株,占酵母菌的26.02%;假丝酵母属6株,占酵母菌的4.87%;汉逊德巴利酵母3株,占酵母菌的2.44%;酿酒酵母属3株,占酵母菌的2.44%。 结论 鸽粪中酵母菌以非致病性酵母菌为主,偶有可引起人类感染的报道;新型隐球菌的携带率远低于文献报道的20%~50%。对于有婴幼儿、老年人或免疫力抑制患者的养鸽家庭,应注意采取必要的消毒防护措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the diversity of yeast and the carriage rate of Cryptococcus neoformans in pigeon droppings. Methods Yeast strain isolation and identification from 143 pigeon dropping samples were conducted by using Sabouraud Dextrose Agar medium, CHROM Agar Candida medium, DOPA medium, Christensen's medium, API 20C AUX and blast analysis of ITS sequence. Results Totally 123 yeast strains were isolated from the 143 samples, including 46 strains of Cryptococcus (6 strains of Cryptococcus neoformans, 4.87%), 33 strains of Rhodotorula, 32 strains of Filobasidium, 6 strains of Candida, 3 strains of Debaryomyces hansenii, 3 strains of Saccharomyces, accounting for 37.40%, 26.83%, 26.02%, 4.87%, 2.44% and 2.44%, respectively. Conclusion Most yeasts in pigeon dropping are non-pathogenic, human infection is occasionally reported. The isolation rate of Cryptococcus neoformans in pigeon droppings in our study was much lower than that reported by others (20%-50%). It is necessary to take disinfection measures in pigeon raising household to protect the health of young children, elderly people and immunosuppression patients.
