Abstract: Objective To provide reference for the preliminary screening of pathogens, the database of common clinical symptoms and epidemiological information of pathogens was established. Methods The etiological characteristics and clinical characteristics of pathogens of communicable disease as well as related laboratory testing and epidemiology information were collected, and the database platform was designed and developed by using advanced J2EE technology. Results The reference system of clinical symptoms and epidemiology information of pathogens was established, which can be used on web and maintained by routine management. Conclusion The development and application of the database can provide reference for the confirmation of the pathogens of communicable diseases.
