西藏萨迦县一起学校腹泻暴发的流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey of diarrhea outbreak in a school in Sajia county, Tibet

  • 摘要: 西藏萨迦县某学校2009年6月27至7月8日,共发生腹泻病例220例,无死亡,罹患率为11.57%,疫情波及2个年级26个班。 细菌学检测:水源检出大肠埃希菌,粪大肠菌群和细菌总数均超标,现症患者粪便检出志贺菌。 经病例对照分析:直接饮用溪水、接触溪水和直接饮用自来水差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。

     

    Abstract: June 27-July 8, 2009, an outbreak of diarrhea occurred in a school in Sajia county in Tibet, a total of 220 cases were reported without death. The attack rate was 11.57%. The outbreak affected 26 classes in 2 grades. Bacterial detection indicated that Escherichia coli was detected from the source water and the fecal coliforms and total bacterial count exceed the limits. Shigella was detected in the patients stool samples. The case control analysis indicated that the differences on the diarrhea incidences by drinking stream water directly, contacting stream water and drinking tap water directly were statistical significant (P0.01).
