2005-2010年浙江省龙泉市肾综合征出血热监测及病毒分离鉴定

Surveillance of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and virus isolation/identification in Longquan, 2005-2010

  • 摘要: 目的 探索浙江省龙泉市2005-2010年肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的流行规律,为制定防制策略提供科学依据。 方法 采用描述流行病学方法分析出血热疫情。开展宿主动物监测,将汉坦病毒阳性鼠肺接种Vero-E6细胞分离病毒,用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光法(DFA)鉴定毒株及分型,并对S片段进行种系发生分析。 结果 2005-2010年龙泉市累计报告HFRS病例278例,年均发病率为16.38/10万,死亡2例,病死率为0.72%.每年 5-7月和11月至翌年1月为流行高峰,分别占全年发病总数的31.65%和37.05%。从黑线姬鼠分离到3株汉坦病毒,经 DFA鉴定均为汉滩型(Ⅰ型)病毒。 结论 龙泉市存在以汉滩型病毒为主的HFRS自然疫源地。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Longquan from 2005 to 2010 and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of HFRS in Longquan during this period. The HV-positive lung sample of mouse was inoculated to Vero-E6 cells to isolate virus. HV was identified by DFA using Anti-HV McAb. Results A total of 278 HFRS cases, including 2 deaths, were reported from 2005 to 2010, the annual average incidence was 16.38/lakh and the case fatality was 0.72%. The incidence peaks occurred during May-July and November-January, the cases during these two periods accounted for 31.65% and 37.05% of the total respectively. Three strains isolated were identified as Hantaan virus (serotype I). Conclusion It is evident that natural foci area of HFRS exists in Longquan in Zhejiang province, HTNV strain of Hantaviruses might be predominant. The prevention and control of the disease should be strengthened.
