2011年浙江省金华市人间布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析

Surveillance of human brucellosis in Jinhua, Zhejiang, 2011

  • 摘要: 目的 了解浙江省金华市人间布鲁氏菌病(布病)发病情况及流行规律,为制定防治策略提供依据。 方法 采用虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验对从事牛、羊养殖、挤乳、屠宰、交易及兽医等布病重点职业人群进行血清学检测。 结果 2011年全市共检测重点人群1387人,阳性49例,阳性率3.53%(49/1387),阳性者中患者8例,感染者41例,患者发现数为历年之最。 结论 金华市布病疫情呈上升趋势,建议畜牧兽医部门采取有力措施严防病畜输入,对畜群进行整体免疫,卫生部门应加强布病监测、医务人员培训和健康教育等工作以有效控制疫情。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the incidence pattern of human brucellosis in Jinhua and provide evidence for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods Rose-bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) and Standard Tube Agglutination Test (SAT) were used to conduct serological detection among risk populations: people engaged in cattle/sheep breeding, milking, slaughtering and trading as well as veterinarian. Results Totally 1387 people were surveyed, 49 were positive in detection (3.53%), including 8 patients and 41 carriers of brucella. The patient number was highest over the years. Conclusion The incidence of brucellosis was in increase in Jinhua. It is suggested to take effective measures to prevent the importation of sick livestock, conduct livestock immunization, human brucellosis surveillance, training of medical care provider and health education to prevent and control brucellosis.
