杭州市下城区一起学校发生的诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情调查

Investigation of an infectious diarrhea epidemic caused by norovirus in a school in Xiacheng district, Hangzhou

  • 摘要: 2011年3月8日, 杭州市下城区一实验小学二(2)班多名学生发生不明原因呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、头晕等症状, 采用现场流行病学调查方法,搜索病例进行个案调查,采集患者粪便和饮用水进行病原菌、腹泻病毒核酸检测。结果 7份患者粪便中6份为G Ⅱ型诺如病毒阳性;6份饮用水样中4份为G Ⅱ型诺如病毒阳性,6份饮用水样菌落总数均超标,5份大肠菌群超标,13份标本均未检出致病菌。确定此次学校感染性腹泻暴发疫情是由诺如病毒污染桶装饮用水引起。

     

    Abstract: On 8 March, 2011, several students in a primary school in Xiacheng dsitrict in Hangzhou developed vomiiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and dizziness. Field epidemiological survey was conducted for these cases. Stool samples from the patients and water samples were collected to detect pathogenic bacteria and nucleic acid of virus causing diarrhea. Six of 7 stool samples were GⅡ type norovirus posiitve, 4 of 6 water samples were GⅡ type norovirus posiitve. The total numbers of colony in 6 water samples and the coli group in 5 water samples exceeded the limits. No pathogenic bacterium was detected in 13 samples. It is concluded that the diarrhea epidemic in school was caused by the contamination of barreled water with norovirus.
