2004-2010年浙江省金华市法定传染病流行特征分析

Epidemiology of notifiable communicable diseases in Jinhua, Zhejiang, 2004-2010

  • 摘要: 目的 对2004-2010年浙江省金华市法定传染病报告发病进行流行病学监测分析。 方法 采用描述流行病学方法对金华市2004-2010年法定传染病报告发病情况进行分析。 结果 2004-2010年金华市共报告法定传染病(甲、乙、丙类)28种228 535例,年均报告发病率为663.57/10万,年均报告死亡率为0.76/10万。乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)、肺结核、梅毒是金华市的重点传染病,发病率依次为103.76/10万、92.54/10万和63.73/10万。 结论 以感染性腹泻为主的肠道传染病,以乙肝和梅毒为主的血源及性传播疾病和以肺结核为主的呼吸道传染病的发病率呈逐年上升态势,是该市危害较为严重的重点传染病,需要进一步加强预防和控制。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable communicable diseases in Jinhua. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the surveillance data of notifiable communicable diseases in Jinhua from 2004 to 2010. Results A total of 228 535 cases of 28 diseases in class A, B and C were reported in Jinhua during this period. The average annual morbidity was 663.57/lakh, and the average annual mortality was 0.76/lakh. The priority diseases included hepatitis B, pulmonary tuberculosis and syphilis with the morbidity of 103.76/lakh, 92.54/lakh and 63.73/lakh respectively. Conclusion The morbidities of enteric infections (infectious diarrhea), blood borne or sexual transmitted diseases ( hepatitis B and syphilis) and respiratory infectious diseases (pulmonary tuberculosis) are in increase in recent years in Jinhua, which has posed great risk to the peoples health, it is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of these diseases.
