2011年内蒙古自治区疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

  • 摘要: 目的 分析2011年内蒙古自治区(内蒙古)疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization, AEFI)的发生特征,评价内蒙古AEFI监测系统运转状况。 方法 通过疑似预防接种异常反应监测信息管理系统收集2011年内蒙古报告的AEFI个案数据,采用Excel软件进行统计分析,以描述性方法进行流行病学分析。 结果 2011年内蒙古共报告AEFI 594例,男性多于女性,性别比为1.22: 1;一般反应547例,占92.09%,异常反应37例,占6.23%;4-7、10-12月为发病高峰期;0岁组报告最多为220例,占37.04%;百白破疫苗AEFI报告最多为238例,占40.07%;接种后1 d内发生AEFI 493例,占83%;48 h内报告率为85.86%,48 h内调查率为98.04%。 结论 监测系统运行良好,2011年灵敏度较2010年明显上升; 48 h内报告率有待提高。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the incidence pattern of adverse events following immunization (AEFI) in Inner Mongolia in 2011 and evaluate the performance of AEFI surveillance system. Methods The incidence data of AEFI in Inner Mongolia during the year were collected through the surveillance system of adverse event following immunization to conduct statistical analysis with Excel and the descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 594 AEFI cases were reported. More cases occurred in males than in females with the ratio of 1.22: 1. In these cases, 547 were general reactions after immunization, accounting for 92.09%, 37 were abnormal reactions after immunization accounting for 6.23%. The incidence peaks were during April-July and during October-December. Totally 220 cases occurred in children aged 1 years. accounting for 37.04%, and 238 cases were caused by the immunization of diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis (DTP) combined vaccine, accounting for 40.07%. The cases (493) occurred within 24 hours after immunization accounted for 83%, the cases reported within 48 hours accounted for 85.86% and the cases surveyed within 48 hours, accounting for 98.04%. Conclusion The analysis indicated that the performance of AEFI surveillance system in Inner Mongolia was good and the sensitivity of the system was obviously higher in 2011 than in 2010,but the reporting rate within 48 hours should be increased.
