2010-2011年甘肃省庆阳市手足口病监测结果分析

Surveillance of hand, foot and mouth disease in Qingyang, Gansu, 2010-2011

  • 摘要: 目的 分析甘肃省庆阳市2010-2011年手足口病发病情况,掌握庆阳市手足口病流行特征,为制定防控对策提供依据。 方法 运用描述流行病学方法分析庆阳市手足口病发病三间分布特征。 结果 庆阳市2010-2011年累计报告手足口病1571例,年均发病率为30.07/10万,2011年较2010年发病数增加137.85%;6-7月病例占全年总病例数的64.51%;5岁散居儿童和托幼儿童病例占总病例的87.14%;男性发病率为38.84/10万,女性发病率为20.93/10万;病原毒株检测结果以肠道病毒71型(EV71)占总检测病例的78.16%。 结论 庆阳市手足口病发病高峰为6-7月,5岁散居儿童和托幼儿童是手足口病主要发病人群,男性发病明显高于女性,病原检测以EV71为主。

     

    Abstract: Objective analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Qingyang, understand the epidemic trend of the disease and provide scientific evidence for the development of control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the surveillance data of HFMD in Qingyang during 2010-2011. Results A total of 1571 HFMD cases were reported during this period, the average annual incidence was 30.07/lakh. The case number in 2011 increased by 137.85% compared with that in 2010.The cases during June-July accounted for 64.51% of the total. Up to 87.14% of the cases were children aged5 years in and outside child care settings. The incidence was 38.84/lakh in males and 20.93/lakh in females. The major pathogen was EV71, accounting for 78.16%. Conclusion The incidence peak of HFMD was during June-July in Qingyang. The disease mainly affected children less than 5 years old. The incidence in males was obviously higher than that in females. The major pathogen was EV71.
