山东省烟台地区发热伴血小板减少综合征疑似病例检测分析

Analysis on suspected cases of thrombocytopenia accompanied by fever in Yantai, Shandong

  • 摘要: 目的 调查山东省烟台地区发热伴血小板减少综合征疑似病例新型布尼亚病毒(SFTSV)感染情况。 方法 采用双重探针引物实时荧光定量-聚合酶链反应方法对发热伴血小板减少综合征疑似病例血清进行新型布尼亚病毒特异性核酸检测。 结果 135份疑似病例血清样本中新型布尼亚病毒特异性核酸阳性81份,阳性率60.00%。发病第5~8天核酸检出阳性最高;发病高峰主要集中在5-8月;人群年龄分布在37~87岁之间,以60~70岁年龄组发病数最多,占总病例数的32.10%(26/81);92.59%(75/81)的患者为农民;男女性别比为1.79:1。 结论 烟台地区发热伴血小板减少综合征疑似病例存在新型布尼亚病毒感染。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the infection status of novel bunyavirus among suspected cases of thrombocytopenia accompanied by fever in Yantai, Shandong province. Methods The specific nucleic acid of novel bunyavirus were extracted from serum samples of suspected cases of thrombocytopenia accompanied by fever using double probe real-time. Results Among the 135 serum samples, 81 were the specific nucleic acid positive(60.00%). The nucleic acid positive rate was the highest within 5-8 days after onset. The incidence peak mainly occurred during May-August. The cases were distributed in people aged 37-87 years, but the case number in age group 60-70 years was highest(26/81), accounting for 32.10%. Totally 92.59% of the cases were farmers(75/81). The male to female ratio was 1.79:1. Conclusion Thrombocytopenia accompanied by fever caused by novel bunyavirus infection was detected in Yantai.
