2001-2010年四川省宜宾市残留麻痹的急性弛缓性麻痹病例流行病学分析

摘要: 目的 了解四川省宜宾市急性弛缓性麻痹(acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)残留麻痹病例的流行病学情况,探索降低残留麻痹的措施。 方法 利用描述性流行病学分析方法,对2001-2010年AFP监测资料进行分析。 结果 宜宾市2001-2010年的10年间共报告残留麻痹AFP病例63例,残留麻痹发生率为25.40%,发生率最高的是筠连县(45.45%),最低的是翠屏区(6.67%);病例主要发生在结论 加强临床医生对GBS知识的培训、改善医疗服务水平、提高人群卫生保健知识及进一步加强儿童免疫规划工作,是降低AFP病例残留麻痹率的重要措施。Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) cases with residual paralysis in Yibin, Sichuan Province and provide evidence for reducing the incidence of residual paralysis. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the AFP surveillance data in Yibin from 2001 to 2010. Results Sixty three residual paralysis cases of AFP were reported in Yibin during this period, the average annual incidence was 25.40 %. The incidence was highest in Junlian (45.45%) and the lowest in Cuiping (6.67%).
