某学校一起轮状病毒感染性腹泻暴发疫情调查

Survey of a rotavirus diarrhea outbreak in a school

  • 摘要: 2012年12月18-26日,杭州市余杭区某学校发生一起感染性腹泻暴发疫情,共报告病例74例,罹患率5.32%,病原学检测为A组轮状病毒。经采取控制传染源、切断传播途径和健康宣教等综合防控措施,疫情很快得到控制。

     

    Abstract: From December 18 to December 26, 2012,an outbreak of infectious diarrhea occurred in a school in Yuhang district, Hangzhou. A total of 74 cases were reported with an attack rate of 5.32%. Etiological detection indicated that the pathogen was Rotavirus group A. The epidemic was effectively controlled after taking appropriate measures of interrupting transmission, blocking the route of transmission and health education.
