2010-2012年浙江省温州市瓯海区居民损伤与中毒死因分析

Injury and poisoning death in residents in Ouhai district of Wenzhou, Zhejiang,2010-2012

  • 摘要: 目的 了解温州市瓯海区居民损伤与中毒死亡水平及对居民健康危害程度,为制定损伤与中毒死亡的预防决策提供科学依据。方法 2010-2012年的死因分类按国际分类ICD-10进行标准分类,使用Death Reg-2005软件生成报表进行分析。结果 2010-2012年损伤与中毒平均死亡率为48.24/10万,标化死亡率为39.81/10万。男性死亡率为56.79/10万,女性为39.44/10万,男性高于女性。非故意跌落、机动车辆交通事故、自杀、溺水是瓯海区最主要的4类损伤与中毒死因,累计构成比为83.62%。损伤与中毒死亡潜在寿命损失年数率为6.30。结论 损伤与中毒死亡已对瓯海区居民健康构成了严重危害,应根据死亡特征有针对性地开展预防工作。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the death level of injury and poisoning and related health hazard in residents in Ouhai district of Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, and provide evidence for the development of injury and poisoning prevention strategy. Methods The death causes in residents in Ouhai from 2010 to 2012 were classified according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (ICD-10) and software Death Reg-2005 was used to produce statistical tables for analysis. Result The average annual death rate of injury and poisoning was 48.24/lakh during this period, the standardized death rate was 39.81/lakh. The death rate was 56.79/lakh in males and 39.44/lakh in females. Accidental fall, traffic accident, suicide and drowning were major causes of injury and poisoning death, the cumulative proportion in all deaths was 83.62%. The potential years of life lost rate caused by injury and poisoning death was 6.30 . Conclusion Death caused by injury and poisoning has posed a great threaten to local people's health. It is necessary to effective prevention measures according to the characteristics of injury and poisoning death.
