河南省周口市流行性腮腺炎流行特征与控制对策分析

Epidemiology of mumps and control measures in Zhoukou, Henan, 2005-2011

  • 摘要: 目的 了解河南省周口市近7年流行性腮腺炎(流腮)的流行病学特征,为制定控制流腮对策提供参考依据。 方法 用描述流行病学方法对国家《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》提供的周口市2005-2011年流腮病例数据进行分析。 结果 2005-2011年周口市共报告流腮7998例,年均发病率为11.43/10万,扶沟县最高,为30.81/10万;男性与女性分别为7.91/10万和3.51/10万(P=0.0055)。3-6月为发病高峰(占47.01%);结论 周口市近7年流腮报告发病率与河南省内其他地区相比处于较高水平。应针对学生、学校等重点人群、重点场所在每年的3-6月发病高峰期间采取针对性措施预防与控制流腮。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Zhoukou in recent 7 years and provide scientific evidence for developing control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of mumps in Zhoukou from 2005 to 2011 collected from national disease reporting information system. Results A total of 7 998 mumps cases were reported in Zhoukou during this period, the average annual incidence was 11.43/lakh. The highest incidence in Fugou county was 30.81/lakh,which was 7.91/lakh in males and 3.51/lakh in females (P=0.0055), respectively. The incidence peak was during March-June (47.01%). The cases were mainly distributed in students (64.49%) and children in and outside child care settings (29.93%), and the cases in age groupConclusion The reported incidence of mumps in Zhoukou city was higher than that of mumps in other districts in Henan province in recent 7 years. It is necessary to conduct targeted prevention and control of mumps among risk population during the incidence peak period.
