2011年北京市房山区居民糖尿病死亡分析

Diabetes mortality in residents in Fangshan district, Beijing, 1976-2011

  • 摘要: 目的 了解北京市房山区居民糖尿病死亡状况及变化趋势,为今后防治工作提供参考依据。 方法 使用由房山区疾病预防控制中心的居民病伤死亡原因报表数据,按照国际疾病分类标准,对房山区1976-2011年居民糖尿病死亡资料进行统计分析。 结果 房山区1976-2011年居民糖尿病年均死亡率为10.52/10万,死亡率呈现明显上升趋势,年均增长率为4.76%。糖尿病发病随年龄的增长呈逐年上升趋势,女性糖尿病年均死亡率和年均增长率均高于男性。 结论 糖尿病死亡率呈现明显上升趋势,中老年女性是防治的重点人群。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the diabetes mortality in residents in Fangshan district of Beijing and provide evidence for the prevention and control of diabetes. Methods The analysis was conducted on the diabetes mortality data in residents in Fangshan during this period by using death cause data recorded by Fangshan District Center for Disease Control and prevention and according the international classification of diseases. Results The average annual mortality of diabetes in Fangshan during this period was 10.52/lakh, and the mortality was in increase with an average annual rise of 4.76%. The mortality increased with age and the mortality and annual increase rate in females were higher than those in males. Conclusion Diabetes mortality is in increase obviously in Fangshan and middle aged or old women are at greater risk.
