2006-2010年广州市血吸虫病监测结果分析

Surveillance of schistosomiasis in Guangzhou, 2006-2010

  • 摘要: 目的 了解广州市辖区内原血吸虫病疫区花都区、增城市在血吸虫病阻断流行后的疫情动态,掌握广州市近年来血防工作的落实情况,为防控措施的制定提供依据。 方法 设置假螺点进行查螺;水下诱螺;对原疫区人群及外来流动人员进行斑点免疫渗滤试验(dot immunogold filtration assay,DIGFA)初筛,阳性者以尼龙绢袋集卵孵化法(1粪3检)作病原学检查。 结果 2006-2010年全市共查螺368 363 m2,水下诱螺2550 m,均未查获活钉螺。DIGFA检测原疫区人群1750人,均为阴性;检测外来人员2427人,阳性者33人(1.36%),阳性者经病原学检查均为阴性。 结论 广州市血吸虫病阻断流行后防治成果巩固,但阻断后的监测不能松懈,有必要继续加大对外来流动人员的监测力度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the prevalence of schistosomiasis and evaluate the surveillance measure and control strategy in former transmission areas in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. Methods Oncomelania survey was made and dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA) was used to conduct screening among local and floating populations. The positive persons were confirmed by etiological examination(nylon pocket egg concentration method). Results No oncomelania was discovered. The DIGFA results were negative among local population, but the positive rate in floating population was 1.36%. In the following etiological examination, no schistosomiasis case was detected. Conclusion The achievement of transmission blocking of schistosomiasis in former transmission areas in Guangzhou are maintained well, but it is still necessary to strengthen the surveillance in these areas, especially among floating population.
