Sentinel surveillance of acquired immunodeficiency diseases in drug users in Dazhou, Sichuan, 2012

摘要: 目的利用全国艾滋病哨点监测资料分析吸毒者艾滋病流行状况。方法依据国家艾滋病综合防治信息系统,分析整理达州市2012年吸毒者哨点监测资料。结果四川省达州市2012年吸毒者人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)抗体检出率为9.20%;男性检出率为8.59%,女性检出率为11.35%;大竹县检出率高达34.44%,明显高于全市及渠县(1.25%)和通川区(1.00%)。结论达州市吸毒者HIV感染率分布不平衡,大竹县属于高流行区,周边县为低流行区。高低流行区的预防措施策略应有所侧重。

Abstract: Objective To understand the prevalence of acquired immunodeficiency diseases(AIDS) in the drug users in Dazhou, Sichuan province. Methods The analysis was conducted on the sentinel surveillance data of AIDS in Dazhou in 2012 obtained from national AIDS reporting system. Results The detection rate of HIV infection was 9.20% in drug users in Dazhou in 2012. The detection rate was 8.59% in males and 11.35% in females. The detection rate in Dazhu county was 34.44%, which was obviously higher than the overall rate and the rates in Quxian (1.25%) and Tongchuan (1.00%). Conclusion The extent of HIV infection in the drug users varies with area in Dazhou, The prevalence of AIDS is high in drug users in Dazhu compared with the surrounding counties. It is necessary to conduct targeted prevention and control of AIDS in these areas.
