2012年北京市丰台区艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

摘要: 目的 了解2012年北京市丰台区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群的社会人口学特征和艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,为今后有针对性地开展防治工作提供依据。 方法 采用描述性流行病学方法,对2012年自愿咨询检测的求询者咨询的情况和检测结果进行统计分析。 结果 2012年丰台区自愿咨询检测门诊求询人数为2152人,自愿检测HIV者2130人,男女求询比例为1:1.4,20~40岁占81.1%。求询类型以性接触为主,占40.3%。检出HIV抗体阳性56例,阳性率2.6%,85.7%为同性性传播。 结论 丰台区VCT门诊求询者中女性略多于男性,以20~40岁青壮年为主。同性性接触是丰台区VCT门诊求询者HIV传播最主要的传播方式,应进一步做好同性恋人群艾滋病预防宣传干预检测工作。Abstract: Objective To understand the social and demographic characteristics of individuals receiving HIV voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) in Fengtai district in 2012 and HIV infection status among them, and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of VCT performed in Fengtai in 2012. Results Of 2152 subjects surveyed, 2130 received VCT service, with the ratio of males to females of 1:1.4, and 81.1% of them were aged 20-40 years. Counseling was mainly about sex contact, accounting for 40.3%. Fifty six HIV infections were detected (2.6%), most infections were transmitted through homosexual contact (85.7%). Conclusion Homosexual contact was the major HIV transmission route in VCT clinics' visitors in Fengtai. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of AIDS among MSM.
