鼠疫菌对抗生素敏感性和耐药性的研究进展

Progress in research of antibiotic susceptibility and resistant of Yersinia pestis

  • 摘要: 鼠疫患者的治疗以链霉素为首选特效药物,但是由于链霉素毒副作用较大,鼠疫传统防治方案面临挑战。本研究对国内外有关鼠疫治疗的耐药机制、鼠疫菌对不同抗生素的敏感性研究成果、不同抗生素治疗实验感染动物疗效以及鼠疫疫情处置过程中应用新型抗生素及治疗方案的效果进行综述, 分析了加强鼠疫菌耐药性监测的意义。

     

    Abstract: Streptomycin is traditionally considered as the most effective antibiotic for plague treatment. However, due to its serious toxic effects, classic plague treatment faces with great challenge. This paper summaries the progress in the research on the antibiotic resistance in the treatment of plague, the antibiotic resistant mechanism of Yersinia pestis, the efficiency of different antibiotics in the treatment of experimental infected animals, the application of new antibiotics in plague treatment and the importance of Yersinia pestis antibiotic resistant surveillance.
