杭州市萧山区6例人感染H7N9禽流感病例流行病学调查报告

Epidemiology of 6 cases of human infection with influenza A (H7N9) virus in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou

  • 摘要: 为探讨新型H7N9禽流感病例发病特征和可能感染来源,对杭州市萧山区2013年4月121日6例确诊人感染H7N9病例进行流行病学调查分析。6例病例发病前7天均有农贸市场环境暴露史,农贸市场外环境标本采样H7N9病毒核酸阳性率为47.06%(16/34)。病例感染可能与农贸市场环境暴露有关。

     

    Abstract: To understand the epidemiological characteristics and infection source of human infection with influenza A (H7N9) virus, epidemiological analysis was conducted for 6 cases of human infection with influenza A (H7N9) virus occurred in Xiaoshan during 1-21 April 2013. The analysis indicated that all the 6 cases had farm produce market exposure histories. The H7N9 viral nucleic acid positive rate was 47.06% in environment samples collected in farm produce markets (16/34).
