一起鼠伤寒沙门菌暴发疫情快速诊断和溯源分析

Rapid detection of a Salmonella typhimurium Outbreak

摘要: 2013年6月四川省眉山市发生一起以发热、乏力、头痛、腹泻为主要症状的暴发疫情。为快速诊断致病因子，查找污染来源，控制疫情，结合流行病学调查，采集患者、食堂员工相关样本和食堂留样食品进行检测分析，从6份病例样本检出鼠伤寒沙门菌，2份食品样本检出鼠伤寒沙门菌；来自患者和食品的鼠伤寒沙门菌菌株经XbaⅠ酶切后脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱完全一致，快速准确诊断疫情，为及时有效的控制疫情发展提供技术支持。

Abstract: Objective In June 2013, a cluster of fever cases with fatigue, headache, diarrhea as main symptoms occurred in Meishan, Sichuan province, To rapidly detect the pathogen, identify the infection source and control outbreak, the samples were collected from the cases and people engaged in food preparation, and food samples were collected too. Salmonella typhimurium was detected in 6 case samples and 2 food samples. Same PFGE pattern after digestion with XbaⅠ enzymes was observed for the strains isolated from case samples and food samples. The result indicated that the outbreak was caused by contamination of food by Salmonella typhimurium.
