2011年浙江省衢州市衢江区健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测结果分析

Surveillance for measles antibody level in healthy population in a district of Quzhou, Zhejiang

  • 摘要: 目的 了解浙江省衢州市衢江区健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为控制麻疹采取相应措施提供参考依据。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验对衢江区15~45岁不同年龄组健康人群进行麻疹IgG抗体血清学检测。结果 本次共检测363份血清标本,阳性率为96.69%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)972.91 IU/L,保护率为66.67%,年龄间抗体保护率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。不同年份间的抗体保护率经统计学检验差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 衢州市衢江区健康人群麻疹抗体处于较高水平,建议及时并扩大范围接种麻疹疫苗,提高接种率,保证较高的保护率,形成有效的免疫屏障,才能有效控制麻疹。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the measles neutralization antibody level in healthy population in Qujiang district of Quzhou, Zhejiang province and provide scientific evidence for the implementation of measles control measures. Methods Serum measles IgG antibodies were detected with ELISA in healthy people aged 15-45 years selected in Qujiang. The antibody geometric mean concentration (GMC) detection and 2-test were conducted too. Results Among the 363 serum samples, the positive rate of measles antibody was 96.69%, the GMC was 972.91 IU/L and the antibody protection rate was 66.67%. According to statistical analysis, there were significant differences in antibody protection rate among different age groups and among different years (P0.05). Conclusion The measles antibody level was high in healthy population in Qujiang in recent years. It is suggested to expand the coverage of measles vaccination to improve herd immunity for the control of measles.
