一起麻疹聚集性疫情及传播链分析

A measles outbreak and transmission route

  • 摘要: 2013年2月10日至4月23日,杭州市建德市发生26例麻疹确诊病例,呈现聚集性。根据传染源追溯和传播链分析,医院内感染是本次疫情的一个重要原因。加强监测,严格控制院内感染,做好麻疹疫苗免疫接种,开展宣传教育是防控麻疹疫情的有效措施。

     

    Abstract: From February 10 to April 23, twenty-six measles cases occurred in Jiande, Hangzhou. By tracing the infection source and investigating the transmission route, we found that nosocomial infection was the major cause. Strengthening surveillance, strict control of nosocomial infection, improving measles vaccination and conducting education were the effective measures for the prevention and control of measles epidemic.
