2006-2012年全国19省三带喙库蚊监测研究

Surveillance for Culex tritaeniorhynchus in China,2006-2012

  • 摘要: 目的 了解全国病媒生物监测点三带喙库蚊种群密度及季节消长,为三带喙库蚊及相关传染病防治提供依据。方法 2006-2012年在全国病媒生物监测点用诱蚊灯法对城镇居民区、公园、医院、农户和牲畜棚等5种生境的三带喙库蚊进行监测,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2006-2012年全国病媒生物监测点三带喙库蚊总体平均密度为0.82只/(灯h)。在19个监测省份中,华东地区的江苏省及华南地区的湖南省和湖北省三带喙库蚊密度相对较高。不同地区不同月份三带喙库蚊密度差异有统计学意义,其中,华南地区5-6月该蚊密度较高,西南地区6-8月密度较高,华东、华中、华北及西北地区7-8月密度较高,而东北地区8-9月密度较高。5种生境间的三带喙库蚊密度差异有统计学意义,其中牲畜棚和农户该蚊密度相对较高。三带喙库蚊密度存在年际波动现象,其中2010年最高,2012年最低。三带喙库蚊密度的季节高峰呈现单峰型,牲畜棚7月最高,而农户6-8月最高。结论 本研究初步掌握了全国三带喙库蚊密度总体水平、地区差异、生境差别、年际波动、季节消长等特征,为三带喙库蚊及相关疾病监测、风险评估、预测预警及控制提供了基础数据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the population density and seasonal fluctuation of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in China and provide evidence for the control and surveillance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and related communicable diseases. Methods Light traps were used in the density surveillance for Culex tritaeniorhychus in residential areas, parks, hospitals, farmyards and livestock sheds in China from 2006 to 2012. Results From 2006 to 2012, the overall average density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was 0.82 mosquito/trap/hour. The densities of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Jiangsu (in eastern China), Hunan and Hubei provinces (in central China) were higher than those in other provinces. The region and season specific differences in the density were statistical significant. The density was highest during May-June in southern China, during June-August in southwestern China, during July-August in eastern, central, northern and northwestern China and during August-September in northeastern China. The densities in farmyards and livestock sheds were higher and the differences in the density in 5 environments had statistical significance. One annual density peak was observed, which was in July in livestock sheds and during June-August in farmyards. The annual density was different, which was highest in 2010 and lowest in 2012. Conclusion The information about the overall density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and its regional, habitat, annual and seasonal differences in China were obtained, which provide evidence for the surveillance, risk assessment of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and early-warning, and control of related communicable diseases.
