Epidemiology of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Guangzhou,2008-2014

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2008-2014年广州市肾综合征出血热(HFRS)流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法 对传染病报告信息管理系统报告的2008-2014年广州市HFRS病例及广州市宿主动物监测资料进行描述性分析。结果 2008-2014年广州市累计报告病例783例,年平均发病率为0.92/10万,死亡3例,病死率0.38%;冬春季高发,发病年龄主要集中在20~59岁,男女性别比2.68:1,病例职业以家务及待业、工人为主,其次为商业服务和农民;发病数较高的区为海珠区、天河区和白云区,分别占27.46%、18.65%和13.67%;平均总鼠密度为3.42%,褐家鼠为优势鼠种,鼠血清汉坦病毒特异性IgG抗体阳性率14.39%,鼠肺汉坦病毒抗原阳性率6.97%。结论 广州市近年HFRS发病率较高,应落实以防鼠灭鼠和接种疫苗为主的综合性防控措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2014 and provide evidence for HFRS prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of HFRS and the surveillance data of HFRS host animals in Guangzhou during 2008-2014. Results A total of 783 HFRS cases were reported in Guangzhou during this period, including 3 deaths. The average annual morbidity was 0.92/lakh and the case fatality rate was 0.38%. The cases mainly occurred in spring and winter. The majority of the cases were middle aged adults (20-59 years old). The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.68:1. Most cases were the jobless, workers, people engaged in commercial service and farmers. The cases in Haizhu, Tianhe and Baiyun districts accounted for 27.46%, 18.65% and 13.67% respectively.The average rat density was 3.42% and Rattus norvegicus was predominant species. The rat serum sample detection indicated that the positive rate of IgG antibody was 14.39% and the positive rate of Hantaan virus antigen was 6.97%. Conclusion The incidence of HFRS was high in Guangzhou in recent years.It is necessary to take comprehensive prevention and control measures, including deratization and vaccination.
