一起由斯坦利沙门菌引起食源性疾病暴发疫情的调查研究

Survey of foodborne disease outbreak caused by Salmonella stanley

  • 摘要: 对3起聚集性腹泻、1起疑似食物中毒事件进行调查,并采集部分病例及从业人员生物标本、涉事单位食品和加工场所环境样品共19份进行沙门菌分离鉴定和基因分型。10份样品检出斯坦利沙门菌, 4株食品样品分离株和5株病例粪便、1株从业人员肛拭分离株的PFGE带型完全一致,由此证实本起事件为一起由斯坦利沙门菌引起的食源性疾病暴发疫情。

     

    Abstract: To identify the pathogen causing 3 clusters of diarrhea cases and 1 suspected food poisoning event. Biological samples of the cases and related person, food and environmental samples were collected for the isolation of pathogen. Among the 19 samples collected, 10 were Salmonella stanley positive(4 from food samples, 5 from cases' stool samples and 1 from anal swab of one related person) and all the S. stanley strains shared same PFGE pattern. It was confirmed that the foodborne disease outbreak was caused by S. stanley.
