福建省2014年登革热流行病学特征分析

Epidemiology of dengue fever in Fujian, China, 2014

  • 摘要: 目的 了解福建省2014年登革热流行病学特征, 为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集福建省2014年登革热暴发疫情资料和个案资料, 用描述性流行病学方法分析其流行特征和流行因素。结果 2014年福建省共报告登革热297例, 其中输入性病例50例, 本地感染病例247例。病例波及全省9个设区市中的7个, 主要集中莆田市和南平市, 占总数的83.8%。全省27.3%的县(市、区)(24/88)有报告病例。各月均有病例, 其中9、10月病例数最多, 占88.9%(264/297)。本地感染病例仅发生在8-11月, 而输入性病例全年12个月均有发生。各年龄组均有病例, 25~65岁年龄组病例占总数的73.7%(219/297)。境外输入性病例来自于东南亚、非洲、南美洲, 但主要来自于东南亚。境内输入性病例主要来自于广东。297例病例发病至诊断的时间间隔中位数为4.7 d, 57.6%(171/297)的病例在发病后5 d内被发现。结论 福建省2014年登革热病例以本地感染病例为主, 应该加强对输入性病例的监测, 及时发现, 及早处置,防止扩散。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemiologic characteristics of dengue fever and related risk factors in Fujian province 2014. Methods The incidence data of dengue fever cases and outbreaks in Fujian in 2014 were collected fromNational Disease Reporting Information System for descriptive epdemiologic analysis. Results A total of 297 cases of dengue fever, including 50 imported cases and 247 local cases, were reported from 7 out of 9 prefectures in Fujian, and 83.8% (249/297) of reported cases were from Putian and Nanping, and 27.3%(24/88) of the counties in Fujian were involved, however,73.7%(212/297) of reported cases were reported from 2 counties. The peak of reporting cases was during September-October (accounting for 88.9% of all cases). The local infected cases were reported only in August, September, October and November, while imported cases were found all the year round. Cases were reported in all age groups, but the cases in age group 25-65 year group accounted for highest proportion. It was found that the imported cases were from 10 countries of Southeast Asia, Africa and South America, and most of the imported cases were from Southeast Asia. The domestic imported cases were mainly from Guangdong province. The median of interval between onset of illness and diagnosis was 4.7 days, and 57.6% (171/297) of cases were found within 5 days after onset of illness. Conclusion Although the local cases of dengue fever accounted for high proportion in Fujian, it is still necessary to strengthen the surveillance for imported dengue fever cases for the early detection and timely response.
