噬菌体分子分型技术研究进展

Progress in research of phage molecule typing techniques

  • 摘要: 噬菌体是细菌(包括放线菌、蓝绿藻、螺旋体和支原体等)的寄生病毒,在自然界广泛分布。基于细菌噬菌体核酸或蛋白的分子分型研究对认识噬菌体多态性及种群结构,推论宿主菌和噬菌体系统进化,明晰噬菌体和宿主菌相互作用具有重要意义。本研究介绍了噬菌体分子分型技术和应用的研究进展,重点从噬菌体全基因组测序、限制性片段长度多态性分析、随机扩增多态性DNA分析、SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、保守基因多位点序列分型等方面阐述新近分子分型技术在噬菌体分型和种群关系研究中的应用。

     

    Abstract: Phages are abundant viruses in bacteria in nature, including Actinomycetes, Blue-green algae, Spirochaeta, Mycoplasma and so on. Molecular typing studies based on nucleic acid and protein of phage have important significance to educt the co-evolution and mutual relationship between bacteria and phage. The paper summarizes the progress in research of molecular typing techniques of phage, including whole genome sequencing, restriction fragment length polymorphism, random amplified polymorphic DNA, SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and multilocus sequence typing.
