李斯特菌选择性培养基的研究

Research of the selective media for Listeria

  • 摘要: 单增李斯特菌是一种重要的食源性致病菌,目前李斯特菌受到了越来越多的关注,虽然近些年来应用分子生物学方法对李斯特菌进行诊断的技术不断增多,但传统的细菌分离培养仍然是李斯特菌实验室检测的金标准。本文对各种李斯特菌选择培养基的原理进行阐述,并且比较其分离效果及不足之处,为发展新的分离培养方法和研制新的选择培养基提供了基础。

     

    Abstract: Listeria monocytogenes is an important food-borne pathogen, causing more and more attentions in recent years. The traditional enrichment and isolation of bacteria are still the gold standard for detection of Listeria despite the fast development of molecular biological diagnosis methods. This paper provides insight to the principle of different kinds of Listeria selective media and compares their detection efficiency. In addition, the shortage of currently used selective media was analyzed for the purpose of developing new isolation methods and the novel selective media to improve Listeria isolation.
