细菌基因组分型方法的应用研究进展

Progress in application research of bacterium genome-based subtyping

  • 摘要: 对病原菌进行分子分型已经成为细菌性传染病暴发调查和分子流行病学分析中的常规工具。近年来,基于基因组序列的分型方法被应用于多起细菌性传染病的暴发调查中,显示了很好的分型能力。本研究对基因组分型方法在细菌性传染病暴发调查和分子流行病学领域的发展和应用现状进行阐述。

     

    Abstract: Molecular subtyping for discriminating the bacterial isolates of same species is essential in outbreak investigation and molecular epidemiology analysis. In recent years, genome-based subtyping assays have been used in outbreak investigation of bacterium caused infectious diseases and showed good subtyping power. This paper summarizes the progress in research of genome-based subtyping assay for outbreak investigation and molecular epidemiology analysis and the application of the assays in this field.
