2006-2014年天津市动物伤害的流行趋势及分布特征

Epidemiology of animal related injury in Tianjin, 2006-2014

  • 摘要: 目的 分析天津市居民动物伤害的流行趋势及分布特征,以期提高对动物伤害的关注。方法 制定全市统一的伤害病例报告标准,通过天津市覆盖户籍人口的非传染性疾病发病监测系统收集全市各级各类医院急、门诊和住院的动物伤害病例,并通过市、区两级的现场督导、培训及数据审核控制病例报告质量。区、县疾病预防控制中心(CDC)每月汇总审核辖区医院的上报数据,市CDC对全市的上报数据进行汇总、审核、整理和分析。结果 2006-2014年天津市居民动物伤害发生率由144.14/10万上升至375.38/10万;其中骨折及需缝合的动物伤从5.50/10万上升至17.21/10万;需手术治疗的病例由0.41/10万上升至3.41/10万;病例的分布特征为男性高于女性,城市显著高于农村,少年儿童和青壮年病例的构成比超过90%,并且80%以上的致伤动物为犬类。结论 天津市居民动物伤害呈大幅上升趋势,疾病负担不断增加,应尽快采取制定政策、落实法规和健康教育等多种措施规范宠物饲养,防控动物伤害。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of animal related injury in Tianjin in order to increase the awareness and promote the control of animal related injury. Methods The incidence data of animal related injury in Tianjin were collected through local non-communicable disease surveillance system, including outpatients and inpatients. The case reporting quality control was performed through field supervision, training by district Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) and Tianjin CDC. Results From 2006 to 2014, the incidence of animal related injury increased from 144.14/100 000 to 375.38/100 000 in Tianjin. The incidence offracture or stitch needing wound increased from 5.50/100 000 to 17.21/100 000. The surgical treatment rate increased from 0.41/100 000 to 3.41/100 000. More animal related injuries occurred in males than in females, the incidence was much higher in urban area than in rural area, and children and young adults were mostly affected (90%). More than 80% of the injuries were caused by dog. Conclusion The incidence of animal related injury increased sharply in Tianjin, causing a more heavy disease burden. It is urgent to strengthen the management of pet animals and conduct health education to reduce the incidence of animal related injury in Tianjin.
