浙江省余姚市首次检出长湾泥沙门菌

The first Salmonella changwanni isolation in Yuyao

摘要: 研究浙江省余姚市首次发现的长湾泥沙门菌株的生物学特性和流行病学特征。使用系统生化鉴定、血清分型鉴定和纸片扩散法对菌株进行鉴定，查阅患儿就诊记录和回访进行流行病学调查。菌株符合长湾泥沙门菌株的表型特征，耐药型为单耐药株，为国内首次检出的沙门菌血清型。

Abstract: To study biological and epidemiological characteristics of the first strain of Salmonella changwanni isolated in Yuyao. Systematic biochemical identification, serotype identification and Kirby-Bauer paper diffusion were conducted to identify the strain, and epidemiological survey through sick child medical record review and follow up was conducted. The isolated strain had the phenotypic characteristics of Salmonella changwanni, and it was a single drug resistant strain. It was the first time to detect this serotype of Salmonella in China.
