浅析标准编码系统在中国疾病预防控制信息系统的应用

Application of standard coding system in China's disease prevention and control information system

  • 摘要: 目的 描述中国疾病预防控制信息系统标准编码系统设计和管理机制,分析标准编码系统的应用现状和效果,探讨标准编码在疾病预防控制信息化中存在的问题。方法 采集标准编码系统收集的数据,分析这些数据与中国疾病预防控制信息系统各业务子系统之间的关系及其应用效果,查阅相关文献研究标准编码系统存在的问题。结果 标准编码系统承担着中国疾病预防控制信息系统平台上所有业务子系统基础信息编码和业务信息编码的创建和管理工作,是各业务子系统信息共享与交互的桥梁和纽带。但因业务需求的发展与标准建设和完善不同步,标准编码系统并不能满足平台各业务子系统与外部系统之间交互的需要。结论 互联网+大背景下,对卫生信息的跨地区、跨机构、跨行业的互联互通和业务协同提出了更高的要求,因而修路、架桥或者开辟系统间新航线,实现系统间的互联互通显得尤为重要。

     

    Abstract: Objective To describe the design and management mechanism of standard coding system of disease prevention and control information system in China, analyze the application status and effect of standard coding system, and discuss the problems existing in the information coding of disease prevention and control. Methods The data collected through standard encoding system were used to analyze the relationship between these data and the subsystems of China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and its application effect, the problems existed in standard coding system were studied through consulting relevant literature. Results The standard coding system is responsible for the creation and management of the basic information coding and business information coding of all the business subsystems on the platform of the Chinese disease prevention and control information system. It is the bridge and link for information sharing and interaction of each subsystem. However, because the development of business needs is not synchronized with the standard construction and improvement, the standard coding system cannot meet the needs of the interaction between the platform business subsystem and the external system. Conclusion In the context of Internet +, the health information sharing across region, across agency and across-industry has become more important, so roading, bridging or opening new route between systems to achieve the interconnection between systems is particularly important.
