Progress in research of virulence and drug resistance mechanism of hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumonia

  • 摘要: 肺炎克雷伯菌属于克雷伯菌属中需氧革兰阴性杆菌,是社区获得性感染和院内感染常见致病菌之一。 高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌(hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae, hvKP)是从传统肺炎克雷伯菌中分离出来的具有高毒力、高黏液性的侵袭性细菌,当机体免疫功能降低时,可引起肺炎、肝脓肿、泌尿系统感染和血流感染,严重时还可导致脓毒血症等危急重症,治疗难度大且病死率高。 为更好地了解hvKP特性,对其流行现状、高毒力相关因子、耐药以及相关机制等进行综述,以助于临床更好地预防和控制 hvKP感染。

     

    Abstract: Klebsiella pneumoniae is a gram-negative pathogen belonging to the Klebsiella species, which is one of the common pathogens of community-acquired infection and nosocomial infection. Hypervirulent K. pneumoniae (hvKP) is a highly virulent, highly viscous invasive bacteria isolated from traditional K. pneumoniae. hvKP can cause pneumonia, liver abscess, urinary tract infection and bloodstream infection and even sepsis when the immune function of the body is reduced. The infection is difficult to treat and the case fatality is high. For better the understanding of the characteristics of hvKP, this paper summarizes the spread status, high virulence related factors, drug resistance and related mechanisms of hvKP to facilitate the prevention and control of hvKP infection in clinical practice.
