Evaluation of prevention and control of influenza A(H1N1) epidemic in Henan province, 2009-2010

  • 摘要: 目的 分析评价河南省防控甲型H1N1流感的策略与措施,为今后应对流感大流行及其他传染病的应急处理提供参考。 方法 利用描述流行病学分析方法,系统回顾2009-2010年河南省防控甲型H1N1流感大流行所采取的措施和策略。 结果 河南省依据国家防控措施和WHO的防控建议,随着疫情变化采取了差异化的阶段性针对措施。 结论 不同的疫情阶段调整和采取差异化的针对措施有效减缓了疫情的蔓延;多渠道监控全面掌握了甲型H1N1流感的流行特征;通过应对甲型H1N1流感大流行完善了疾病预防控制体系。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the prevention and control strategies and measures of influenza A(H1N1) epidemic in Henan and provide evidence for the response of influenza and other communicable diseases epidemic in the future. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on strategies and measures implemented to prevent and control influenza A(H1N1)pdm 09 in Henan in during 2009-2010. Results The targeted prevention and control measures were taken in Henan in different epidemic stage according to the requirement of the Ministry of Health and the recommendation pf WHO. Conclusion During the response of influenza A(H1N1)pdm 09 between 2009 and 2010,the spread of the disease was effectively slowed down by taking targeted prevention and control measures in different epidemic stages, its epidemic pattern was fully understood through multi surveillance channels and the disease prevention and control system was greatly improved
