浙江省舟山市某高校结核病聚集性疫情调查分析

摘要: 浙江省舟山市某高校报告发现肺结核病例12例(3例涂阳、9例涂阴病例),其中新发现9例、回顾性调查有关联3例。密切接触者PPD筛查91人,阳性65例,阳性率为71.43%,强阳性22例,强阳性率为24.18%。Abstract: Twelve pulmonary tuberculosis cases were reported (3 smear positive cases,9 smear negative cases) in a university in Zhoushan, of which 9 were newly discovered cases,3 cases were with evidence to be found in retrospective analysis. By the PPD test for 91 close contacts,65 were positive (71.43%),22 were strong positive (24.18%).
