  • 摘要: 目的 了解河南省两中心城市不同活动场所男男性接触者(MSM)人群的艾滋病病毒感染率。 方法 对两中心城市的不同活动场所1350名MSM人群采用定向抽样法进行匿名问卷调查,并采血进行HIV抗体检测。应用SPSS 17.0软件对数据资料进行整理分析。 结果 1350名MSM人群中HIV阳性70例,感染率为5.2%。来源于浴池、酒吧、公园、网络的感染率分别为10.6%、5.9%、3.5%和2.7%。不同来源该人群安全套每次都使用率为39.9%。 结论 MSM人群的艾滋病病毒感染率较高,属艾滋病防治的重点人群,不同活动场所的男男性接触者(MSM)人群的艾滋病感染率差异有统计学意义。应根据行为特点采取相应的积极有效的防制措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV infection among men having sex with men (MSM) in different places getting together in two cities in Henan province and provide scientific evidence for the epidemic estimation and effective prevention strategy development. Methods The anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1350 MSM by directional sampling in the different places in two cities to collect related information. Blood samples were taken from them for HIV antibody test, and the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results Of 1350 MSM, 70 were HIV positive, the overall HIV infection rate was 5.2%. The HIV infection rates among MSM in bathhouses, barrooms, park and internet bars were 10.6%, 5.9%, 3.5% and 2.7% respectively. The overall condom use rate was 39.9%. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV infection was high among the MSM, the prevention and control of HIV infection should be strengthened among them. The differences on HIV infection rates among MSM in different places were statistical significant. Active and effective prevention and control measures should be taken according to the behavior characteristics of the MSM.
