2009年温州医学院学生中过敏性疾病流行病学调查

Epidemiology of allergic diseases among students at Wenzhou Medical College

  • 摘要: 目的 初步调查在温州医学院学生中过敏性疾病的发病情况及其发展变化。 方法 以2009年期间在温州医学院就读的2042名大学1~3年级学生为调查对象,采用回顾性调查表的方式进行问卷调查,收集婴幼儿期、学龄前期、学龄期、青春期等4个时期过敏性疾病的发病情况。 结果 学生中过敏性疾病的发病率随年龄增长呈明显上升趋势,至成年前有22.0%的学生患过过敏性疾病。女性总发病率为18.9%,男性总发病率为24.0%。学龄前期、学龄期发生特应性皮炎和食物过敏是影响青春期支气管哮喘和变应性鼻炎发病的危险因素,早期过敏性疾病是影响青春期同一种过敏性疾病发病的危险因素。 结论 过敏性疾病的发病率在各年龄段不同,女性发病率高于男性。过敏性疾病有延续性,早期过敏性疾病的发生会影响其后过敏性疾病的发病。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the incidence and development of allergic diseases among the students in Wenzhou Medical College. Methods In 2009,2042 students in grade 1-3 in Wenzhou Medical College were enrolled in the survey, the retrospective questionnaires were used to collect the information of allergic diseases incidence in infant and toddler period, preschool period, school period and puberty. The analysis was conducted with statistical software SPSS 16.0. Results The incidence of allergic diseases increased with the age. Prior to adulthood,22.0% of students had suffered from allergic diseases. The incidence was 18.9% for females, and 24.0% for males. Atopic dermatitis and food allergy occurred in preschool period and school period were the risk factors to induce asthma and allergic rhinitis disease in puberty, allergic diseases in early life were risk factors to induce same allergic diseases in puberty. Conclusion The incidence of allergic diseases varied by age, and females had higher incidence than males. Allergic diseases have continuity, the allergic diseases in early life are the risk factors to the incidence of allergic diseases in following years.
