2010年山西省吕梁市离石区重点控制传染病流行状况分析

Incidence trend of priority communicable diseases in Lishi district of Lvliang city in Shanxi province, 2010

  • 摘要: 目的 分析吕梁市离石区重点传染病的发病态势和流行特点, 为制定传染病防治规划与策略提供参考依据。 方法 对2010年离石区《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》传染病报告数据进行分析,着重分析重点传染病的时间、地区及人群分布特点。 结果 2010年全区共报告法定传染病2类13种,发病总数为864例,死亡1例,总发病率为330.40/10万,死亡率为0.38/10万,病死率为0.12%。其中肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、手足口病报告病例数较多。 结论 2010年离石区传染病发病形势整体平稳,AIDS流行形势严峻,肺结核、梅毒、丙型病毒性肝炎、手足口病发病数上升明显,甲型病毒性肝炎、乙型病毒性肝炎、麻疹、腮腺炎、痢疾发病数有所下降。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the incidence trends and epidemiological characteristics of priority communicable diseases in Lishi district of Lvliang and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of communicable diseases. Methods The analysis was conducted on the incidence data of communicable diseases in Lishi district in 2010 collected from the National Disease Reporting Information System to understand the time, geographic and population distributions of communicable diseases. Results Thirteen communicable diseases in 2 classes were reported in Lishi in 2010 with the total case number of 864 (including 1 death). The overall morbidity was 330.40/lakh, the overall mortality was 0.38/lakh and the overall case fatality was 0.12%. The case numbers of pulmonary tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, syphilis and hand foot and mouth disease were high. Conclusion The overall incidence of communicable disease was stable in Lishi in 2010, but the AIDS epidemic was serious, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, hepatitis C and hand foot and mouth disease increased obviously and the incidence of hepatitis A, hepatitis B, measles, mumps and dysentery declined.
