Evaluation of PulseNet China network laboratories proficiency testing

  • 摘要: 目的 为促进中国细菌性传染病分子分型实验室监测网络PulseNet China网络实验室执行技术标准,实现监测技术的统一化、标准化、规模化。 方法 PulseNet China对19个具有脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)设备的省(市)疾病预防控制中心相关实验室开展了分子分型技术考核。 结果 被考核单位中有78.9%的单位通过评价考核,递送的图谱带型经过软件分析得到相似度为100%。 结论 说明这些实验室PFGE技术条件和技术能力已经达到PulseNet China实验室网络化监测的要求。对PFGE考核谱图存在的问题分析了相应原因,提供了可能的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Objective To realize standardization of PFGE subtyping procedure for PulseNet China network laboratories. Methods The laboratory proficiency testing program was performed in 19 province/municipal centers for disease control and prevention which possessed standardized equipments. Results Up to 78.9% of the laboratories have passed the testing, and the data showed that the similarity of the patterns generated by the laboratories was 100%. Conclusion The laboratories passed the proficiency testing have sufficient capacity to perform the subtyping of pathogenic bacteria from their provinces and be included in PulseNet China.
