湖北省兴山县三峡库区蓄水前后肠道传染病监测

Surveillance of intestinal infection befor and after water storage of Three Gorges reservoir in Xingshan county, Hubei province

  • 摘要: 目的 监测三峡库区蓄水前后肠道传染病疫情。 方法 采用纵向流行病学研究方法对2000-2010年传染病疫情进行分析,对腹泻病、环境污水、食品、水、海产品,城镇、农村饮用水等进行以霍乱为重点的肠道传染病采样监测。 结果 监测年共发生乙类肠道传染病3种,年均发病率为19.50/10万,比2000年下降59.02%;丙类传染病2种,发病率为52.39/10万。检测各类样品2085份,检出福氏痢疾杆菌1株,阳性率为0.05%。监测全县各类水源水理化指标合格率为100.00%;细菌指标城镇自来水合格率为100.00%,乡镇及农村合格率为65.00%。 结论 三峡库区兴山县不会因库区蓄水而发生肠道传染病流行,应加强农村生活饮用水管理。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the disease trend of intestinal infection before and after the water storage of Three Gorges reservoir. Methods Longitudinal epidemiological study was condcuted to analyze the incidence of intestinal infection from 2000 to 2010 and the surveillances on diarrheal diseases (mainly on cholera), environmental sewage, food, water, aquatic products, drinking water were conducted. Results Three kinds of intestinal infection in class B communicable diseases were detected, the average annual incidence was 19.50/lakh, a decline of 59.02% compared with 2000; the incidence rate of 2 kinds of intestinal infection in calss C communicable disease was 52.39/lakh. A total of 2085 samples were tested. One strain of Shigella flexneri was detected, the positive rate was 0.05%. The qualified rates of physical and chemical indicators of various source water were all 100.00%; the qualified rate of bacterial indicator of drinking water was all 100.00% in urban area and 65.00% in rural area. Conclusion Intestinal infection epidemic may not occur directly as the result of the water storage of Three Gorges reservoir in Xingshan, but the management of drinking water in rural area should still be strengthened.
