Expressions of lymphocyte and it's subtypes in hepatitis B patients co-infected with hepatitis E virus

  • 摘要: 目的 通过对乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)重叠戊型病毒性肝炎(戊肝)(CHB-E)患者与单纯戊肝(HE)患者淋巴细胞及亚群和体液免疫功能、肝功能等指标的测定分析各组之间的差异。 方法 收集CHB-E患者78例 及HE感染患者51例,分别用血球仪进行淋巴细胞(LC)计数,流式细胞仪测定CD3、CD4、CD8、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、B淋巴细胞(BC),免疫比浊法测定IgG/IgA/IgM,生化法测定丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、胆红素(TBIL)及血凝仪测定凝血酶原时间(PT)。并分析各组间差异。 结果 HBeAg+组与HE组在CD8与NK,HBeAg-组与HE组在LC、CD3、CD4和NK,HBeAg+组与HBeAg-组在LC、CD3和CD4之间有差异。免疫球蛋白只有IgM在HBeAg+组与HE组、HBeAg+组与HBeAg-组之间有差异。HBeAg+组、HBeAg-组与HE组在ALT、TBIL之间有统计学差异。HBeAg+组与HBeAg-组ALT之间有差异。 结论 CHB-E感染患者中两种病毒可能产生了一定的干扰,并较HE引起的肝损害有所减轻。

     

    Abstract: Objective To compare the expressions of lymphocyte and it's subgroups, humoral immune function and liver function between the hepatitis B patients co-infected with hepatitis E virus and the patients of hepatitis E. Methods Totally 78 hepatitis B patients co-infected with hepatitis E virus (including 33 HBeAg positive patients and 45 HBeAg negative patients) and 51 hepatitis E patients were selected and compare their levels of LC, CD3, CD4, CD8, natural kill cell (NK), B cell (BC), Ig G/A/M, ALT, TBIL and PT measured by blood cell analyzer, flow cytometry, immunoturbidimetry, biochemical analyzer and coagulometer respectively. Results There were differences on the levels of CD8, NK between HBeAg positive group and hepatitis E group, on the level of LC, CD3, CD4 and NK between HBeAg negative group and hepatitis E group and on the level of LC, CD3 and CD4 between HBeAg positive group and HBeAg negative group. The difference on the level of IgM was only found between HBeAg positive group and hepatitis E group and between HBeAg positive group and HBeAg negative group. There were differences on the levels of ALT and TBIL between HBeAg positive group and hepatitis E group and between HBeAg negative group and hepatitis E group, and there was difference on the level of ALT between HBeAg positive group and HBeAg negative group Conclusion Co-infection of two hepatitis viruses might cause some interference and might relieve the damage of liver.
