2010年湖北省襄阳市手足口病病原学监测结果分析

Etiological surveillance of hand foot and mouth disease in Xiangyang city in Hubei province, 2010

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2010年湖北省襄阳市手足口病各主要病原的流行趋势,为制定2011年的手足口病预防控制措施提供实验依据。 方法 应用荧光RT-PCR对392份手足口病例标本进行检测。 结果 襄阳市手足口病的发病年龄集中在1~3岁;男童明显多于女童;3-5月,襄阳市有一个手足口病的流行高峰。手足口病的病原体有从Cox A16为主向EV71为主的转变。重症手足口以EV71感染为主。 结论 2011年襄阳市的手足口病防控形势严峻,应继续加强监测。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the circulating trend of the major pathogens of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Xiangyang in 2010, and provide laboratory evidence for the disease control and prevention. Methods Totally 392 samples collected from HFMD patients were detected by using fluorescent RT-PCR. Results Most cases occurred in age group of 1-3 years, and more boys were affected than girls. The incidence peak was during March-May. Enterovirus 71 (EV71) became the major pathogen instead of Coxasckie virus A16 (Cox A16). The severe cases were mainly caused by EV71 infection. Conclusion The HFMD epidemic might be serious in 2011, it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of the disease.
