云南省发现1株携带NDM-1基因的产酸克雷伯菌

Detection of a strain of Klebsiella oxytoca carrying blaNDM-1 in Yunnan province

  • 摘要: 目的 研究1株产酸克雷伯菌的相关耐药机制。 方法 对菌株进行了生化鉴定、PCR检测、序列测定、药敏试验。 结果 经过鉴定,证明此菌株为携带NDM-1基因的产酸克雷伯菌;但不是多重耐药菌。 结论 耐药问题形势严峻,需要加强监测力度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the drug resistant mechanism of a strain of Klebsiella oxytoca. Methods The isolate was identified by biochemical identification, and blaNDM-1 gene was detected by PCR, then sequenced, the drug susceptibility test was conducted. Results The strain was identified as Klebsiella oxytoca carrying blaNDM-1 by all the tests mentioned above, but was not multi-drug resistant. Conclusion The drug resistance is serious, it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance.
