嘉定区职业人群沙门氏菌携带状况分析

Analysis on the Carrying status of Salmonella in Healthy People in Jiading District Shamghai

摘要: 1994～1995年，从64028名预防性健康检查对象中，共检出180名沙门氏菌携带者，携带率为2.81。每年3月份起，携带者人数逐渐增多，6、7月份达高峰，后渐渐下降，至1～12月份完全消失。携带者以从事食品的生产、经营者为多，携带的沙门氏菌以B群为主。

Abstract: 180 salmonella carriers were found from 64028 persons in Jiading district through prevenrive health examination，the positive rate was 0.281％．Since March each year，the carriers were arisen and reached to the top in June and July，then，reduced．It was noticed that so many carriers were food producers or salesmen；most strains of Salmonella were identified as serum type B group．
