48对夫妇同患STD的调查分析

An Investigation on 48 Couples Infected with STD Together

  • 摘要: 本文报道了１９９４～１９９７年６月对泉州地区４９４９６名各类出入境人员监测体检中发现性病、艾滋病感染者２５１例，对其中９３例感染者的配偶进行血清学检查，发现有４６人的配偶同时为性病感染者，２例艾滋病感染者的酏偶抗－ＨＩＶ阳性。对４８对配偶进行流行病学调查，结果表明不洁性乱是导致ＳＴＤ传播的主要途径，提出了加强对入出境人员、涉外婚姻、劳务输出人员传染病监测体检，预防和控制ＳＴＤ传播的重要性。

     

    Abstract: 251 STD cases were found by surveillance examination of 49496 persons who entered or left Quanzhou city from 1994 to 1997.The serological tests were carried out in 93 spouses of the infected cases.46 of them were infected with STD,2 of them were infected with HIV.The results showed that the unclean sexual intercourse was the main transmissible route.
