定海区职业重点人群布鲁氏菌病调查情况分析

Analysis of Brucellosis Surveillance Results of Particular Occupational Population in Dinghai District

  • 摘要: 目的 了解畜牧业重点人群布鲁氏病感染情况和其危险因素,探索定海区布病防治对策。方法 对1989年2 0 3名、2 0 0 3年34名、2 0 0 4年136名职业重点人群采用皮试变态反应、皮试阳性者血清作试管凝集试验进行检查。结果 职业重点人群感染率介于0 .4 9%~0 .74 %之间,试管凝集试验均为阴性.感染者职业均与猪饲养有关。结论 (1)畜牧业重点人群存在布病感染的概率,猪应视为我区人间布病感染不可忽视的传染源;(2 )建议加强布病防治知识宣传教育,抓好畜牧流通环节的监管和信息交流,落实病畜扑杀补助机制;扩大布病监测范围,把从事畜牧业职业人群作为我区今后人间布病监测的重点.

     

    Abstract: Objective The present research was conducted to learn brucellosis infection of particular population engaged in animal husbandry and the risk factors for the development of countermeasures of prevention and treatment of the discase in the district. Methods Skin allergy test was donc for 373 par-ticular occupational subjects(203 in 1989,34 in 2003 and 136 in 2004).And serum tube agglutination test was performed for those who had a positive skin allergy test. Results The infection rate of particu-lar occupational population was between 0.49% and 0.74%, and tubc agglutination test was negative in all the infected. It was found that the infection was associated with pig raising. Conclusion There ex-ists a probability of brucellosis infection among particular Doputation engaged in animal husbandry.Pigs can be a source of human brucellosis infection,which cannot be neglected. It is suggested that propagan-da education of prevention and treatment of brucellosis should be strengthened. Surveillance and informa-tion communication in the flow of livestock should be reinforced. Mechanism of compensation for killing diseased livestock is to be implemented.The scope of brucellosis surveillance ought to be enlarged.Em- phaais should be placed on human brucdlmis surveillance of occupational population engaged in aninml husbandry in the district.
