2006-2008年湖北省荆州市突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

Epidemiology of public health emergencies in Jingzhou, Hubei, 2006-2008

  • 摘要: 目的了解湖北省荆州市突发公共卫生事件的分布及特征。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对2006-2008年荆州市突发公共卫生事件进行分析。结果2006-2008年荆州市共报告37起突发公共卫生事件,发病例数为1213例,死亡10例;传染病占事件总数的81.08%。每年呈现2个波峰,第1个波峰为4-5月共发生16起,占事件总数的43.24%,第2个波峰发生在10-11月,占事件总数的21.62%。学校突发公共卫生事件发生26起,占事件总数的70.27%,发病888例,无死亡。结论突发公共卫生事件以传染病为主,学生是突发公共卫生事件的主要发病人群,事件发生场所主要在学校。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution and characteristics of public health emergencies in Jingzhou and provide evidence for the prevention and control of public health emergencies. MethodsDescriptive epidemiological methods were adopted to analyze the public health emergencies in Jingzhou form 2006 to 2008. ResultsA total of 37 public health emergencies were reported in Jingzhou with 1213 cases and 10 deaths occurred. Infectious disease outbreaks constituted major part of the public health emergencies, accounting for 81.08%. Two peaks were observed in each year, the first peak was during April to May with 16 cases (43.24%); the second one was during October-November (21.62%). The emergencies occurring in school (26) accounted for 70.27% of total events with 888 cases and without deaths. ConclusionStudents were the major population affected by the public health emergencies, which were mainly infectious disease outbreaks occurring in school.
